Open your store’s POS link from In-store POS → Overview or Devices, sign in, and enter your staff PIN when prompted. If you cannot open the till, ask the owner to check your POS role under Settings → Staff and the store’s activation and plan status.

Build the cart

  1. Browse or search the POS product catalog and add the right item. If the product has variants, select the correct option before adding it.
  2. Adjust quantities in the cart. For a booking product, choose an available slot and resolve any conflict shown by POS.
  3. Attach an existing customer or create one if a receipt, order history, or pay-later sale requires it.
  4. Review subtotal, discounts, tax, and total. Apply a quick discount or code only if enabled by the owner. A discount above the configured threshold can request manager PIN approval.
Use Save Cart if a customer needs to pause the purchase; reopen it from Saved carts. Check the selected cart before replacing the current one. Clear Cart removes the current selection. Customer view opens a customer-facing display of the cart where supported.

Take payment

Select checkout and choose an accepted method: cash, bank transfer, or card, according to your store settings. For cash, enter the amount received and check any change due. For transfer, select the appropriate transfer account and verify the incoming payment using your store’s procedure before recording it. For card, follow the card-payment prompts and confirm success. The owner can also allow partial payments or Pay later; pay-later requires a named customer and may need manager approval. Do not repeat a payment because the screen is slow. Check the order and payment status first, especially after a connection interruption.

Finish and find the order

After the sale, use the receipt options enabled for the store: print, WhatsApp, email, or choose each time. Confirm the destination with the customer. Open Orders in POS to find the sale, view its details and receipt, record an additional payment on an outstanding order, or start an authorized refund. The merchant dashboard’s Orders page provides the broader order record. If the connection drops, leave POS open until queued actions sync. See Install and manage POS devices and POS settings.
