Manage orders
Track purchases and draft orders.
Open Orders → Orders to view purchases placed with your store. Select an order to see its details and the actions available for its current status.
The number shown beside Orders in the sidebar reflects unfulfilled orders. Use it as a prompt to review orders that still need attention.
Open Orders → Draft orders for orders you are preparing before they are finalized.
For a question about a specific transaction, contact Payam support with the order identifier. Avoid sending full payment card details by email.
