Open Settings → Payouts to see the bank account where Payam sends eligible settlements. This is separate from In-store POS → Transfer accounts, which lists accounts customers can pay at the till.

Add an account

  1. Choose the account type shown by the form, such as a personal or registered-business account.
  2. Search for and select the Bank name.
  3. Enter the ten-digit Account number and wait for Payam to resolve the Account name.
  4. Compare the resolved name with the account you intend to use. If the dashboard warns that it differs from your Payam name, continue only when you are certain the account is yours.
  5. Save, then confirm the account card shows the expected bank and masked account details.

Change an existing account

For security, existing bank details remain locked until Payam support verifies the request. Select Contact support on the Payouts page; the page explains that support will call to confirm and send a one-time change code to your registered WhatsApp number. Enter that code in Bank change code, unlock the form, and submit the replacement account. Codes are single-use and expire. Do not share the code with anyone other than through the Payam page where it is requested.

Trace a payout

Open Finance to inspect Pending payout, Paid this month, and Settlement history. Filter the history by status and open a settlement to review its detail and entries. Compare the settlement reference with your bank statement. For a discrepancy, contact Payam support with your store name and settlement reference; do not send passwords or full card details.
