Merchant-wide POS rules are set under In-store POS → Overview in the dashboard. The POS app also has settings for the device currently in use. Open Settings inside POS to review the printer and local options shown there. If you print receipts, select and test the printer in the POS printer settings before a busy shift. Confirm paper size, connectivity, and the printed store and tax information against Settings → Receipts in the dashboard. The POS receipt preview reflects the merchant-wide content controls, while printer pairing and availability depend on the device. A staff member can change their POS PIN through the PIN change action in POS. If they forget it, the reset process may require a manager, depending on the store’s PIN & security settings. Lock or sign out of a shared till when handing it to another cashier. Check the Customer view from the cart when you want a customer-facing display of the current sale. For a lost or retired device, use In-store POS → Devices in the dashboard to sign it out. Reconnect and clear pending sync before routine sign-out on a device that has worked offline.
