For a product, delivery, return, or merchant-specific order question, contact the store you bought from. For a Payam payment or account problem, use the Payam contact form or email support@payam.africa. Include the store name and order reference if you have them, but do not send a password, card PIN, full card number, or one-time code. If you suspect a fake storefront, unauthorized charge, or other fraud involving a Payam merchant, use Report fraud. If your own Payam account may be compromised, use Request an account lock.
