# Shopper privacy and support

The help center explains shopping steps; the legal pages are the authoritative source for policy wording.

For a product, delivery, return, or merchant-specific order question, contact the store you bought from. For a Payam payment or account problem, use the [Payam contact form](https://payam.africa/contact) or email [support@payam.africa](mailto:support@payam.africa). Include the store name and order reference if you have them, but do not send a password, card PIN, full card number, or one-time code.

If you suspect a fake storefront, unauthorized charge, or other fraud involving a Payam merchant, use [Report fraud](https://payam.africa/report-fraud). If your own Payam account may be compromised, use [Request an account lock](https://payam.africa/account/lock).
