# Get help with an order

> Find the right person to contact after placing an order.

For delivery timing, a missing item, a return, or a product question, contact the merchant you ordered from. Have your order reference ready so the store can find the purchase.

If you are unsure whether payment succeeded, first check your order confirmation and payment notifications. If you still need help with the payment itself, email [support@payam.africa](mailto:support@payam.africa) with the store name, order reference, and a brief description of what happened.

Do not send passwords or full payment card details in a support message.
