# Subscription and billing

> Review your Payam plan, POS access, payment method, and billing history.

Open **Subscription** from the merchant dashboard to review your Payam plan and billing history. The page provides plan information, a payment-card update action, and past billing records. Use the actions shown there to change or cancel a plan when available to your account.

In-store POS can have its own access rules. If POS shows a plan screen, choose **View POS plans** or ask a team member with subscription and billing access. If a POS plan has expired, the dashboard shows **Renew POS**. During a grace period, Payam shows the renewal deadline.

If the subscription page or a billing action is unavailable to you, ask the store owner to review your permissions. Keep the invoice or billing reference when contacting [Payam support](mailto:support@payam.africa).
