# Manage products

> Find and organize products in the merchant dashboard.

Open **Products → All products** in the merchant dashboard to view your catalog. You can search by product or variant name or SKU, and use **Import**, **Export**, or **Bulk edit** for larger catalogs.

## Add a product

1. Select **Add product**.
2. Enter a **Name**, choose the product **Type**, and select any relevant **Categories**. Add a description and product images.
3. Set the **Selling price**. You can also add a cost price or turn on a discounted price.
4. Choose whether to **Track stock**. Add options such as color or size under **Variants** if the product needs them.
5. Review **Delivery**, **Availability**, and **Publish to**. These control how the product can be fulfilled and where it appears.
6. Select **Save**, then check the listing in the relevant sales channel.

Use **Products → Categories** to organize items shoppers can browse together. **Products → Tags** provides another way to label items in your catalog.

Before publishing, review the price, images, availability, and fulfillment choices. The product form changes for physical, digital, and booking products. Digital products have a file or download link; booking products have a booking window, duration, timeslot capacity, and booking hours.

If you want a product hidden from shoppers while you finish it, review **Show on storefront** and the individual **Publish to** switches before saving.
