# Manage orders

> Track purchases and draft orders.

Open **Orders → Orders** to view purchases placed with your store. Select an order to see its details and the actions available for its current status.

The number shown beside **Orders** in the sidebar reflects unfulfilled orders. Use it as a prompt to review orders that still need attention.

Open **Orders → Draft orders** for orders you are preparing before they are finalized.

For a question about a specific transaction, contact [Payam support](mailto:support@payam.africa) with the order identifier. Avoid sending full payment card details by email.
