# Delivery and fulfillment

> Set business hours and decide how customers receive orders.

Open **Delivery** in the merchant dashboard to manage order fulfillment. The same setup appears in the initial store checklist.

Start with **operating hours**. The form then lets you configure the methods you offer: **Store Pickup**, **On-site Fulfillment**, and **Home Delivery**. Delivery settings can include zones, fees, free-delivery thresholds, and estimated times. A method can use its own hours when needed.

Review the customer-facing choices and select **Save**. Then open your storefront checkout to confirm that shoppers see the intended delivery or pickup options and fees. If a product has its own fulfillment restrictions, check its **Delivery** section in the product form as well.

Store setup cannot finish until order fulfillment has been configured. See [Store setup states](https://help.payam.africa/merchants/setup-states.md) if the dashboard still shows this step as incomplete.
