# Contact support and secure your account

> Find the right Payam form for support, compromised access, or a fraud report.

For a product or dashboard question, use the [Payam contact form](https://payam.africa/contact). Choose the closest topic, such as **Using Payam**, **Payments and settlements**, **Orders or storefront**, or **Account access**. You can also email [support@payam.africa](mailto:support@payam.africa). Include your store name and any relevant order or settlement reference.

If you think your own Payam account is at risk, use [Request an account lock](https://payam.africa/account/lock). Payam's fraud page directs account-security issues to this form and advises against relying on a compromised WhatsApp account to contact support.

To report suspected fraud involving a Payam-powered merchant, storefront, order, or transaction, start with [Report fraud](https://payam.africa/report-fraud). The page explains what can be reported and which merchant details, order references, timeline, and evidence to prepare. Use that route for fraud reports rather than a general product question.

Do not send passwords, card PINs, full card numbers, or one-time verification codes in a support message. Payam's contact page says support will not ask for them.
