# Work with a large product catalog

> Search and filter products, import or export data, bulk edit, and use barcodes.

Open **Products → All products**. Search by product or variant name or SKU, then use filters to narrow the list before selecting items. Open an individual product to correct its price, images, stock, channels, or advanced settings.

For many products, use **Import**, **Export**, or **Bulk edit** from the catalog list. Start with a small sample import, review the mapped columns and any validation errors, then confirm the full file. Export a copy before a large bulk change so you can compare values afterwards. Bulk actions apply to the selected set or current filter as indicated by the dashboard; verify the selection before confirming. Recheck a few products on each published sales channel after a mass edit.

Products and variants can have SKUs and barcodes. Use the barcode control from the product table or form when your team scans items at POS. Keep barcode values unique to avoid selecting the wrong variant. If a product is missing at checkout, check its publication switches, stock status, fulfillment settings, and the channel currently open.

See [Manage products](https://help.payam.africa/merchants/products.md), [Variants and inventory](https://help.payam.africa/merchants/variants.md), and [Categories and tags](https://help.payam.africa/merchants/categories-tags.md) for the product setup details.

## Available bulk actions

The product table offers **Show on Storefront**, **Hide from Storefront**, **Add to category**, **Remove from category**, **Change product type**, **Add tag**, **Remove tag**, **Duplicate**, **Download barcodes**, and **Delete products**. Choose products first, check the selection count, then review the confirmation. Changing type or deleting products can affect forms and channel availability, so verify representative items after the action.
